哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)的科研人員應(yīng)用多巴酚丁胺負(fù)荷心肌造影術(shù)，評價(jià)心肌微循環(huán)損傷,，預(yù)測冠脈搭橋患者的心肌活性和術(shù)后心功能恢復(fù)狀況,，取得良好臨床效果。相關(guān)成果日前發(fā)表在《臨床超聲雜志》和《美國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)》雜志上。
據(jù)介紹,，研究人員將臨床上看起來非常普通、床邊即能應(yīng)用的超生設(shè)備與心肌灌注造影結(jié)合起來,，用于評價(jià)心肌活性和再血管化治療后心功能恢復(fù)狀況及臨床療效,，而目前國內(nèi)很少嘗試用負(fù)荷心肌造影來研究收縮功能障礙心肌的微循環(huán)血流量變化。其創(chuàng)新之處在于,，通過上述技術(shù)手段估測收縮功能障礙心肌負(fù)荷后心肌血流量的變化,，進(jìn)而預(yù)測左室局部功能的恢復(fù)情況,。

Left anterior descending artery occlusion secondary to blunt chest trauma diagnosed by comprehensive echocardiography and coronary angiography

Blunt chest trauma can cause serious complications, but coronary artery occlusion is rare. In a 19-year-old man, 40 days after a motorcycle accident, comprehensive echocardiography detected left anterior descending artery occlusion and left ventricular dysfunction, which was confirmed by coronary angiography and ventriculography. Echocardiography was also able to confirm restored left anterior descending artery flow and improved left ventricular function after coronary artery bypass grafting.
