一株微囊藻毒素降解輔助菌的分離和鑒定

摘 要: 以從太湖藍(lán)藻中提取的微囊藻毒素作為微囊藻毒素降解菌的篩選物質(zhì), 通過(guò)稀釋平板涂布法從腐爛的藍(lán)藻中富集分離到一菌株, 經(jīng)形態(tài)特征,、生理生化特征和16S rDNA 序列分析將該菌株(GenBank 序列登錄號(hào)為GQ143751)鑒定為藤黃微球菌(Micrococcus luteus); 微囊藻毒素降解實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該菌株幾乎不能降解微囊藻毒素, 但可以明顯促進(jìn)一株微囊藻毒素降解菌微嗜酸寡養(yǎng)單胞菌(Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila)對(duì)微囊藻毒素的降解能力, 將篩選菌株與微嗜酸寡養(yǎng)單胞菌混合培養(yǎng), 混合菌對(duì)微囊藻毒素的降解能力比微嗜酸寡養(yǎng)單胞菌單獨(dú)培養(yǎng)時(shí)提高66.7%,。

Isolation and Identification of a Microcystin-degrading Assistant Bacterium

Abstract: A bacterial strain was enriched and isolated from rotten cyanobacteria of Taihu Lake by dilu-tion-plate method, using microcystins as selective material of microcystin-degrading bacteria, which was ex-tracted and purified from cells of cyanobacteria. Based on morphological, physiological characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain is preliminarily identified as Micrococcus luteus (GenBank acces-sion number is GQ143751). The results of microcystin-degrading experiments show that the strain could hardly degrade microcystins but could enhance the microcystin-degrading capability of another strain Steno-trophomonas acidaminiphila. When the strain is mixed with Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila, the micro-cystin-degrading capability of mixed bacteria is improved 66.7% compared with Stenotrophomonas acida-miniphila.
