摘 要:在非典型性肺炎(SARS)的研究過程中,,抗體無論在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,,還是在基礎(chǔ)病毒學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域都發(fā)揮著重要的作用。利用重組蛋白或者人工合成的多肽免疫得到的針對SARS病毒特異性的單克隆,、多克隆抗體可以用于SARS病人的臨床血清學(xué)檢測,、SARS的預(yù)防治療,還可以用于病毒蛋白的功能性研究,。因此,,抗體在類似SARS這樣的感染性疾病研究過程中有著極大的應(yīng)用價值。

Antibodies in SARS research

Abstract: In the studying of SARS, antibodies play an important role both in clinical and viral research. By immunization with recombinant viral protein, and synthetic antigenic peptides, many specific monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against SARS-CoV viral proteins were produced. Now they are applied in SARS clinical serological diagnosis, SARS prevention, and the viral protein function analysis. So antibodies are valuable tools in infectious disease research such as SARS.
