留置導(dǎo)尿管
根據(jù)護理記錄分析尿失禁的原因,，選擇相應(yīng)的方法，如留置導(dǎo)尿管,、誘導(dǎo)法排尿等,。對臥床患者，應(yīng)設(shè)法解除患者的自卑心理,，緩解患者的精神緊張,；注意對其顯露部的遮蔽，便后及時清洗,，保持會陰部清潔,、干燥，防止感染,。對因精神因素,、時間、環(huán)境因素所致的尿失禁,，應(yīng)詳細(xì)了解病因,，做好耐心、細(xì)致的解釋工作,，消除患者思想上的不安和恐懼,，妥善安排其周圍生活環(huán)境，在精神上給予最大的安慰,，則其尿失禁有可能消失,。
