美國研究人員對白鼠的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示，將攜帶抗癌藥物的納米微粒注射到白鼠體內(nèi)移植的前列腺癌細(xì)胞后，癌癥腫瘤明顯消失。這項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果在巴黎歐洲癌癥研討會上受到專家們的高度評介，認(rèn)為納米技術(shù)將來能給癌癥患者帶來福音,。
這項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)是由美國哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院與馬薩諸塞技術(shù)研究所共同進(jìn)行的,。研究人員把白鼠分成５組。第一組給白鼠體內(nèi)腫瘤注射生理鹽水,，第二組注入不含抗癌藥物的納米微粒,，這兩組白鼠很快就死了。
第三組白鼠只注射一次含藥物的納米微粒,，發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤先是明顯縮小,，其后出現(xiàn)強(qiáng)烈反彈；第四組注射的納米微粒沒有針對具體癌細(xì)胞,，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)附著有藥物的納米微粒被體內(nèi)淋巴組織沖走,，腫瘤縮小一半，隨后出現(xiàn)反彈,。
主持這一研究的法羅克扎德博士介紹說,，在最后一組白鼠試驗(yàn)的時候，研究人員把附帶藥物的納米微粒持續(xù)注射到病變細(xì)胞后,，“腫瘤則完全消失了,。”法羅克扎德博士說，他的研究小組將用兩年的時間對患有前列腺癌的病人開展實(shí)驗(yàn),。
