中國和美國科學(xué)家報(bào)告說,,他們成功繪制出了番木瓜的首張基因組草圖。這是繼擬南芥,、水稻,、白楊和葡萄之后,,科學(xué)家迄今破譯的第五種被子植物(即開花植物)的基因組序列,,將為研究開花植物的進(jìn)化提供新信息。
參與這一研究的科學(xué)家來自美國夏威夷大學(xué),、中國南開大學(xué)和美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)等機(jī)構(gòu),。有關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表在4月24日正式出版的英國《自然》雜志上。
