生物谷報道:機(jī)體生成心臟、腸等非對稱臟器時依靠什么區(qū)分左右呢,?日本科學(xué)家在最新一期Nature雜志上發(fā)表論文說,,他們找到了決定這類臟器分化方向的兩個基因。這期Nature共發(fā)表了兩篇相關(guān)的文章,。
日本東京理科大學(xué)教授松野健治帶領(lǐng)的研究小組利用果蠅進(jìn)行實驗,,發(fā)現(xiàn)“Myo31DF”和“Myo61F”兩個基因在果蠅臟器分化方向的決定過程中起著關(guān)鍵作用。
研究人員從約6000只果蠅中篩選出腸的方向左右顛倒的個體,,然后比較它們體內(nèi)各基因與正常果蠅的基因有何差異,。分析結(jié)果顯示,,若基因 “Myo31DF”不發(fā)揮作用,,果蠅腸的方向就會顛倒,而與這個基因相似的“Myo61F”基因如果作用過頭也會出現(xiàn)相同結(jié)果,。研究人員由此確認(rèn),,肌體內(nèi)非對稱臟器的正常形成必須依靠上述兩個基因協(xié)調(diào),恰到好處地發(fā)揮作用,。
松野教授認(rèn)為,,這兩個基因控制著臟器形成時細(xì)胞的移動方式。這項研究為再生醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域人工模擬臟器的復(fù)雜構(gòu)造提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),。
有關(guān)器官的不對稱研究一直是科學(xué)研究中的熱門領(lǐng)域,,這兩個新基因的發(fā)現(xiàn),使人們對器官早期方向性的發(fā)育中有全新的認(rèn)識,。這一研究也將促進(jìn)更高等生物的器官發(fā)育的機(jī)制研究,。
