美國紐約西奈山醫(yī)學(xué)院的Scott H. Sicherer博士及其同事研究發(fā)現(xiàn),百白破疫苗中可能殘留的酪蛋白可導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重牛奶過敏患兒發(fā)生疫苗過敏反應(yīng),,不過多數(shù)牛奶過敏患兒接種百白破疫苗仍是安全的,。該研究發(fā)表在《過敏和臨床免疫雜志》5月30日在線版上(J Allergy Clin Immunol 2011 doi: 10.1016/j.jaci.2011.04.046)。
研究者檢索全美疫苗不良事件報(bào)告系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)后發(fā)現(xiàn),,2007~2010年共報(bào)告了39例針對無細(xì)胞百白破疫苗(DTaP),、百白破疫苗(DTP)或減量破傷風(fēng)白喉非細(xì)胞性百日咳混合疫苗(Tdap)的過敏反應(yīng)。其中8例患兒在接種上述疫苗的加強(qiáng)針之后1 h內(nèi)出現(xiàn)過敏癥狀。
為了確定疫苗中來自牛奶的殘留酪蛋白是否與疫苗過敏反應(yīng)有關(guān),,研究者分析了上述8例患兒的臨床資料,。結(jié)果顯示,其中6例患兒既往曾發(fā)生急性牛奶過敏反應(yīng),,其余2例患兒則依據(jù)血清學(xué)檢查結(jié)果被診斷為牛奶過敏,。在發(fā)生疫苗過敏反應(yīng)后2年內(nèi),這8例患兒的牛奶特異性IgE水平均增高,。
研究者還對Tdap和DTaP疫苗進(jìn)行了檢測,,發(fā)現(xiàn)8個(gè)批次的疫苗中含有微量酪蛋白,因此推測殘留酪蛋白可能導(dǎo)致高敏兒童發(fā)生疫苗過敏反應(yīng),。
但鑒于百白破疫苗的過敏反應(yīng)十分罕見,,研究者認(rèn)為多數(shù)高敏兒童仍可以耐受含有殘留酪蛋白的疫苗,即接種該疫苗仍是安全的,。(生物谷Bioon.com)
