摘 要: 從石油污染海域海底泥中篩選到的1株低溫石油烴降解菌, 經(jīng)鑒定為紅平紅球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis), 命名為T7-2。該菌株能以十六烷為碳源代謝產(chǎn)生一種對柴油等烴類具良好乳化作用的生物乳化劑。研究表明, 該乳化劑主要由糖類,、脂類和蛋白質(zhì)組成, 其比例為55.43:31.24:12.65,。進(jìn)一步研究證實(shí), 該乳化劑糖類的單糖組成為甘露糖和鼠李糖; 脂類由十碳、十二碳,、十六碳及十八碳脂肪酸組成; 蛋白質(zhì)由16種氨基酸構(gòu)成。本文還對乳化劑的理化性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了分析, 發(fā)現(xiàn)它是一種性能穩(wěn)定,、乳化效率高,、適應(yīng)范圍較為廣泛的生物乳化劑, 對海洋污染生物修復(fù)及石油開采都具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,。

Study on the Bioemulsifier Produced by a Hydrocarbon-degrading Strain T7-2 and Its Physic-chemical Properties

Abstract: A low-temperature hydrocarbon-degrading strain T7-2, isolated from sea-mud of Bohai polluted area and identified as Rhodococcus erythropolis, was found to produce an extracellular, nondialyzable emul-sifying agent (referred to as bioemulsifier) when grew with hexadecane as carbon source. The results showed that, this bioemulsifier which could remarkably emulsify hydrocarbons such as diesel oil, is consisted of three parts carbohydrates, lipids and proteins, the proportion of which was 55.43:31.24:12.65. The mono-saccharide compositions were identified as mannose and rhamnose; the lipid compositions included de-canoic acid, lauric acid, hexadecanoic acid and stearic acid, and the protein constituents were composed of sixteen amino acids. Besides, according to the study of the physic-chemical properties of the bioemulsifier, it possesses the obvious advantages of character stability, high function efficiency and wide adaptation range, therefore this bioemulsifier is believed to have extensive application values for bioremediation of marine oil pollution, petroleum exploitation and etc.
