摘要：Sigma B（σB）是許多革蘭氏陽性菌對環(huán)境脅迫產(chǎn)生應(yīng)答反應(yīng)的主要調(diào)控因子。不僅在芽孢形成中具有重要作用,，而且σB 也直接或間接地調(diào)控包括蠟樣芽孢桿菌（Bacillus cereus）,、單核細(xì)胞增生李斯特菌（Listeria monocytogenes）和金黃色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）在內(nèi)的一些革蘭氏陽性食源性致病菌毒力及毒力相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)。本文結(jié)合作者在國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)工作,，綜述了σB 活性的調(diào)節(jié)方式及其在上述革蘭氏陽性食源性致病菌中相關(guān)作用的最新研究進(jìn)展,，為深入研究革蘭氏陽性食源性致病菌的致病機(jī)理、預(yù)防和治療細(xì)菌感染提供新的思路和理論依據(jù),。

The regulation of σB activity and its role in some gram-positive food-borne pathogens—— A review

Abstract: The alternative sigma factor σB modulates the stress response of several Gram-positive bacteria. Not only does σB play a prominent role in sporulation in the Gram-positive model organism Bacillus subtilis, but it also contributes both directly and indirectly to bacterial virulence in the food-borne human pathogens Bacillus cereus, Listeria monocytogenes and Staphylococcus aureus. As σB has been shown to regulate expression of both virulence and virulence-associated genes, it indicates that σB is a key player in pathogen ecophysiology.
