內(nèi)蒙古中東部草原羽茅內(nèi)生真菌的分類

摘 要：從內(nèi)蒙古中東部草原7個(gè)不同地理種群的羽茅Achnatherum sibiricum中分離,、培養(yǎng)得到484株內(nèi)生真菌，根據(jù)其形態(tài)學(xué)特征進(jìn)行了分類學(xué)鑒定,。結(jié)果表明,，其中大部分菌株屬于Neotyphodium內(nèi)生真菌，并發(fā)現(xiàn)有少量Neotyphodium有性型Epichloё菌株存在,。通過(guò)與已發(fā)表模式菌株的比較,，鑒定其中兩個(gè)種為N. chisosum和N. huerfanum。N. chisosum為羽茅內(nèi)生真菌的優(yōu)勢(shì)種,，而N. huerfanum是首次在羽茅中被發(fā)現(xiàn),。對(duì)其余暫未能確定種的菌株的菌落和顯微形態(tài)特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述。不同地理種群羽茅內(nèi)生真菌的分離率有自東向西增加的趨勢(shì),，而內(nèi)生真菌的形態(tài)多樣性有自東向西減少的趨勢(shì),。

Endophytic fungi from Achnatherum sibiricum (L.) Keng in mid-eastern Inner Mongolia steppe

Abstract: A total of 484 endophytic fungal isolates were obtained and purified from 7 different geographic populations of Achnatherum sibiricum. Two species of endophytic Neotyphodium were identified. They were N. chisosum and N. huerfanum. The former exists in all of the geographic populations of Achnatherum sibiricum and become a dominant endophytic fungal species, and the latter has not been reported previously in A. sibiricum. Morphological characteristics of the unidentified isolates were described in detail. The isolation rate of endophytic fungi in A. sibiricum showed an ascending trend from the east to the west, while the morphological diversity of the fungi showed a trend of ascendant from the west to the east.
