馬尾松純林蟲生真菌群落組成及優(yōu)勢種生態(tài)位研究

摘 要:對麻姑山馬尾松純林的蟲生真菌群落進行了調(diào)查研究,,共發(fā)現(xiàn)了3科6屬14種,。該林區(qū)蟲生真菌群落的主要成分是環(huán)鏈棒束孢,、球孢白僵菌和粉棒束孢,蟲生菌種類較少,,較為單一。對3種優(yōu)勢蟲生真菌環(huán)鏈棒束孢,、球孢白僵菌和粉棒束孢的營養(yǎng),、時間及營養(yǎng)-時間二維生態(tài)位進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,,環(huán)鏈棒束孢與粉棒束孢的營養(yǎng)生態(tài)位重疊度最大,,與球孢白僵菌時間生態(tài)重疊度最大。而球孢白僵菌的營養(yǎng)生態(tài)位寬度,、時間生態(tài)位寬度和營養(yǎng)-時間二維生態(tài)位寬度都為最大,。球孢白僵菌在自然界中發(fā)生時間長,分布范圍廣,,寄主昆蟲豐富,,生存能力強的實際情況也支持這一分析結(jié)果。

The component of entomogenous fungi community and the niche of dominant species in pure forest of Masson's pine

Abstract: The structure of entomogenous fungus communities of the artificial forest ecosystem of pure Masson's pines in Magushan was investigated, and 3 families, 6 genera and 14 species were found. The main species of the community were Isaria cateinannulata, I. farinosa and Beauveria bassiana. The nutritional-niche, temporal-niche and nutritional-temporal two-dimension niche of these 3 dominant species were analyzed. The result showed that the largest nutritional niche overlap occurred between I. cateinannulata and I. farinosa, and the largest time niche overlap occurred between I. cateinannulata and B. bassiana. B. bassiana had the highest values in nutritional-niche breadth, temporal-niche breadth and two-dimensional niche width. The facts that B. bassiana has long occurring period, wide distribution, wide insect host ranges and strong survival ability in the forest support the results.
