摘 要:在云南紫溪山自然保護區(qū)的木材腐朽菌研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)87種多孔菌,,其中多數(shù)是云南首次報道,,給出了每種的寄主和生長基質。錐沃菲臥孔菌Wolfiporia castanopsis為一新種,,其特點為子實體平伏,,孔口表面奶油色至淺灰色,,擔孢子橢圓形至廣橢圓形,且生長在元江錐腐朽木上,;該種與茯苓沃菲臥孔菌Wolfiporia cocos具有相似的孔口,,但后者的擔孢子為圓柱形,且通常生長在菌核上,。

Wood-decaying fungi in eastern Himalayas 1. Polypores from Zixishan Nature Reserve, Yunnan Province, China

Abstract: Eighty-seven polypore species were identified from materials collected in the Zixishan Nature Reserve, Yunnan Province, China. A checklist of these species is supplied and the host tree or substrate of each species is listed. Most of the species are reported for the first time in Yunnan Province. Wolfiporia castanopsis Y.C. Dai (Polyporales, Basidiomycota) is described as new. It is characterized by resupinate basidiocarps, cream to ash-grey pore surface, ellipsoid to broadly ellipsoid spores and by growth on wood of Castanopsis. It is similar to Wolfiporia cocos which, however, has cylindrical basidiospores (8-11´3-4µm) and its basidiocarp is normally on sclerotia. Key words: Basidiomycota, taxonomy, new species
