日本產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所近日發(fā)表公報(bào)說,,運(yùn)動可以刺激腦細(xì)胞合成一種名為Wnt3的蛋白質(zhì),而這種蛋白質(zhì)能幫助大腦重返年輕,。
公報(bào)說,大腦內(nèi)掌管學(xué)習(xí)和記憶的海馬區(qū)內(nèi)有神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞。人成年后,,神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞仍然能夠不斷產(chǎn)生新的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞,保證海馬區(qū)的神經(jīng)細(xì)胞持續(xù)更新,。不過,,人步入老年后,海馬區(qū)神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞制造能力會逐漸減弱,,大腦的各項(xiàng)功能也隨之下降,。
產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所的科研人員對比了年老實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠和年輕實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠在大腦海馬區(qū)的星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的差異。星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞是腦內(nèi)神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞的一種,。
科研人員發(fā)現(xiàn),,年老實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠的星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞生成蛋白質(zhì)Wnt3的能力明顯下降,只有年輕實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠的約三十分之一,??蒲腥藛T猜測,Wnt3不足,,可能就是大腦神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞功能下降的原因,。

Reduction in paracrine Wnt3 factors during aging causes impaired adult neurogenesis

Many persistent pain states (pain lasting for hours, days, or longer) are poorly treated because of the limitations of existing therapies.
