?為了發(fā)展出新一代的假肢,,科學(xué)家們提出使用未損壞的神經(jīng)組織來(lái)提供命令信號(hào),從而驅(qū)動(dòng)如假肢的裝置,。而為了使假肢表現(xiàn)得更自然,,需要假肢和人腦的雙向交流,。即病人的思維能夠變?yōu)樯窠?jīng)信號(hào)來(lái)移動(dòng)假肢,而假肢上的探測(cè)到的熱,、壓力等信號(hào)也能夠反饋給人腦從而采取相應(yīng)的動(dòng)作,。
?這個(gè)小組提出的介面的特點(diǎn)是制造出能夠移植的已經(jīng)與電極耦合在一起的活的神經(jīng)組織。這些實(shí)驗(yàn)室生長(zhǎng)出的神經(jīng)組織一端連接病人神經(jīng),,另一端連接電極,,就可以把使人腦和機(jī)器進(jìn)行雙向的交流,。
