華盛頓大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院的研究人員經(jīng)過(guò)多年研究證實(shí)了一種稱(chēng)為AMD3100的藥物可以在幾小時(shí)而非幾天的時(shí)間內(nèi),,從骨髓動(dòng)員患者的血管新生細(xì)胞,,AMD3100的作用類(lèi)似于G-CSF。它的作用機(jī)理是作為CXCR4的抑制劑發(fā)揮作用的,。
血管新生細(xì)胞主要位于骨髓中,,當(dāng)動(dòng)員時(shí)可以經(jīng)由血液循環(huán)來(lái)到受損的組織,并幫助修補(bǔ)和重新生長(zhǎng)可將氧氣和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)帶給受損組織的血管,。
G-CSF也可以將這些有利的細(xì)胞,,從骨髓帶入血液中,但是一直要等到第四天,,血管新生細(xì)胞才會(huì)進(jìn)入血液中,。在二項(xiàng)G-SCF的臨床試驗(yàn)中,都發(fā)現(xiàn)這種治療方式無(wú)法改進(jìn)心臟病發(fā)作的心肌補(bǔ)救效果,。
在本篇發(fā)表于Blood的文章中,,研究人員表示,AMD3100可以在四個(gè)小時(shí)內(nèi),,就能讓血液中某些血管新生細(xì)胞的數(shù)量增加10到20倍,,因此,這將是治療心臟病發(fā)作或中風(fēng)更有效的藥物,。
