生物谷報道：Thymosinβ4是一種已知能夠減少心臟病之后肌肉細胞損失的蛋白,，研究人員曾發(fā)現(xiàn)它能指導心臟來將自身治愈。最近一項研究發(fā)現(xiàn),，心臟最外層中的祖先細胞,，可在thymosinβ4的引導下向里面運動，幫助修復成年實驗鼠的有問題的心臟,。這一結(jié)果發(fā)表在最新一期的《Nature》雜志上,。     

以前科學家認為,，成年心臟中的細胞處于一種永久性的靜止狀態(tài)，任何能幫助心臟組織修復的祖先細胞都來自骨髓,。Thymosinβ4誘發(fā)的血管形成和營養(yǎng)作用,，也許能比現(xiàn)有方法更好地修復受損的成年心臟。
