法國最高行政法院于7月30日正式解除了對(duì)美國孟山都公司旗下一款轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米的種植禁令。
MON810玉米是得到歐盟審批通過的轉(zhuǎn)基因作物品種,，然而自2012年3月以來,，這種玉米在法國一直被禁止種植。
國家法院委員會(huì)發(fā)表聲明稱,，針對(duì)MON810玉米的禁令缺少法律依據(jù),。
聲明中指出，歐盟的禁令僅適用于該品種使成員國處于緊急情況或是對(duì)自然、動(dòng)物,、人類造成重大威脅的條件下,。
但法國農(nóng)業(yè)部長(zhǎng)Stephane Le Foll反駁稱,，“政府并不支持轉(zhuǎn)基因作物,，特別是MON810玉米這種抗除草劑的作物品種。”
他在早些時(shí)候曾表示,，如果禁令被正式解除,，那么政府將會(huì)其它法律手段加以干涉，當(dāng)局會(huì)考慮從2014年4月開始,，禁止農(nóng)民在播種時(shí)使用MON810玉米種子,。
MON810玉米在1998年通過了歐洲議會(huì)的審批，10年后,，孟山都公司在2007年提出擴(kuò)大種植規(guī)模的申請(qǐng),，但是MON810玉米的種植依然受到嚴(yán)格限制。
在孟山都的請(qǐng)求沒有奏效的情況下,，MON810玉米只能在小范圍內(nèi)種植,。比如西班牙和葡萄牙，它們比其它成員國更歡迎這一轉(zhuǎn)基因品種,。（生物谷 Bioon.com）
